- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1 Garlic Clove Crush
- 1 pinch Ground Pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 grams Onion Medium, finely diced
- 100 grams Rice Flour
- 50 ml Olive Oil
- 3 Mint Leaves Finely chopped
- 500 grams Beef Mince Regular 10% fat
Place beef mince in a bowl and add egg yolk, crushed garlic, diced onion, chopped mint leaves and season liberally with salt and pepper.Mix well and then roll mixture into small rissoles. Coat with rice flour.Preheat a thick-bottomed frypan to a medium temperature, pour olive oil in and fry rissoles until browned all over and cooked through.
